At TipsyQrew, we aim to deliver great food and great vibes every time. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so here’s how we handle refunds.
1. Food Orders (On-Site or Pre-Order)
Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final once an order is placed and prepared. However, we want to make things right if something’s off.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order was incorrect (wrong item or missing items)

Your food was not up to our quality standards

You cancel a pre-order at least 24 hours before pickup
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your name, order details, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Event Bookings / Catering Deposits
Deposits for private events or catering are non-refundable, unless:

You cancel at least 14 days in advance of the event date

We are unable to fulfill the booking for any reason on our end
In the case of weather cancellations (for outdoor events), we’ll do our best to reschedule, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Merchandise
If you purchased TipsyQrew merch (shirts, hats, etc.), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

Unused and in original condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
